i would assume to the max,if not it would be in big letters in the manual
Never had a prob at high speeds.
Not only is it safe at any speed but I think you can close it at any speed too. The motor, which knows what speed you're doing, automatically applies more power to open/shut the sunroof (so keep your fingers out )
I just love having mine wide open at high speed but I'm pretty sure you get better economy if you close it and turn on the air-con.
