Hello

Can anyone help me with my problem. I have tried a search without sucess.
2 weeks ago I had 2 tyres replaced by Costco. They cross threaded one nut and after a motorway trip the wheel almost fell off. I got out to find the wheel held on with the looking wheel nut. One nut had sheared off and the other 2 ripped out of the thread holes. I am pursueing a claim and after over £600 of damage now fixed I have one problem.....

I have a 2002 Abarth Selespeed. The car came with anthracite grey 17inch 5-spoke alloy wheels, part no 46796525 (made by Speedline for Fiat, possibly an option from new). One of the wheels had to be replaced. Unfortunately Fiat said the grey wheels were a limited batch. I now have a car with 1 odd silver coloured wheel. Does anyone know the paint code, or if any of the following codes on the wheel are the paint code: GAISi7MgX or B412SL1692.

I have emailed Fiat (call centre busy) but I have a horrible feeling they will ignore it or tell me they dont have the code! Anyone help ?

hi there fiat said they are a limted batch total and utter crap look at my profile are these the ones you mean if so they are still available thru fiat saying that i have a spare brand new one with a small tiny scratch on it and i mean tiny (still in box) these vcost 280 each from fiat make me an offer i cant refuse

these are the abarth alloy fitted to 2001-2003 stilo real name shadow chrome(y) (y) (y) (y) (y)

Thanks for the reply mate. I am waiting to hear back from Fiat. I will see what they say. I think the price has dropped since the 280 you mentioned tho. I rang for a qoute yesterday, but a different dealer said the same thing - silver only.

any way if you have no look you know where i am i only want £65 for the wheel no centre cap though and has i said brand new in box apart from a small scratch on the rim nothing really

Sounds good Mark. Hartshead Moor towards Leeds 1030am. Will keep a look out on my fone tomorrow afternoon. No centre cap if fine. I still have the old one. I will look out for a black Abarth. Mine is Abarth that silvery / grey (duno the name of colour).

Nice one :)

 This reply is a bit late I found a website that supplies the wheel refurbishing trade http://www.wheelpaints.co.uk I wanted to change the colour of my Grande Punto rims to a dark grey Like the clio which after a lot of e-mails to them (very helpfull people) I purchased.

My friend who was a painter sprayer let me down a bit so I went back to them and they told me of a proffessional company in my area. http://www.wheelclinic.co.uk

I have had my rims done for about 3 months now and there look great, whilst I was at the refurbishers I saw lots of dirrent versions of Ghost chrome, black chromes and hyper silvers so these could have been the people to repair your rims.
