Technical Free servicing for life?

Just about to book my abarth into Reg Vardy for its second service. Just wondering if any one else has had theirs serviced under this offer. Looking to see what is not 'included' in the service i.e. what is the catch. Any replies would be most welcome.

Take it they skimp on the oil. Would have thought they would have to use the recommended grade as they are a main dealer?
