Thule make roof rails for virtually everything, would be cheaper that gewtting new ones from dealer. not the kind of thing you buy on impulse and decide to sell again!

Met Cognac 99 Brava 100 HSX, wish it'd clean itself!

I'd stick to the genuine article. Me and my wife travel to the South of France every year in her car (an Astra) fully loaded up complete with roofbox. We cruise at a ton all the way in France with no problems, even though the instructions with the roofbox state you shouldn't go over 65! Perhaps the roof might come off a Stilo, though! (LOL).

youll often find the "genuine article" is a rebadged obscure brand. Thuke is one of the top roofbox companies and come highly recommended!

I was pricing up roof bars and was going to buy Thule roof bars as I assumed they would be much cheaper than the ones the Fiat dealer had for sale. When you add up all the different bits you need to make up a Thule kit (all individualy priced) it works out not that much cheaper than the £145 the dealer was charging. They also look like they are a part of the car rather than an after thought as they are designed for the STILO. Just a though.

As per Janevj - Desira sell them:

This thread has been resurrected from quite some time ago.

Anyway, I bought some brand new FAPA bars for £40 from :-

They don't look as good as the Fiat ones but hell, they are roof bars.
No problems with a big ski box + a big oak plank, 600 miles at 70-80mph.
