Well I thing the most biggest problem on fiat are the local dialers. I think most of them haven't a real interess to fix problems. They get the money on this way. My only problem with my stilo JTD was a defect window, it opens but doesn't close again. They need 3 weeks to fix it! I had to visit them 4 times! Last week I had 20000km inspection and they left some oil cap open and so on. Well in that occasion I asked the mechanikal for a sofwareupdate of the connectNav...well I think this gui comes from year 1800. He never knows anything about connectNav or computer ins general. His statement was that the nav system ist "how it is" there is no software inside of it,I have to buy a new stilo for a newer version, the only updates are the data CD which i have to order directly at FIAT and are most time incompatible with older fiat stilo models.

Current software is 9.7.
Told my local dealer and they got hold of it and did it.
Name the Dealer here as the more people who see it the better.
Tell him that is name is going around the internet.
and that it will not do is sales and reputation any good.
