Has anybody ever experienced a problem with their suspension being noisy on rough surfaces? I don't just mean tyre noise. This is rumbling, knocking, squeaking, and a general harshness to the ride. This has been going on for nearly three months and my local dealer are really dragging their heels over it. I've got a pair of rear shockers on order to see if that is the cause (when they arrive). Any information or experience anybody has will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.;)

I had some rumble noise in front suspensions. My local dealer replaced the stabiliser ends and now the problems seems over

Hello stilist. I posted this message more than a year ago now, and since then I've changed that Stilo for another one because the problem got so bad. I have experienced the same problem with my current car but not half as bad. When you say the stabiliser ends, do you mean the bar that links the anti roll bar to the shock absorber. I've had these replaced with some modified ones and the problem has improved. It seems to come and go. My experience of maltese roads was very rough, even by british standards. So i guess your suspension could get more wear and tear than mine. Nice island though[8D]
