several days ago I bought a second hand Fiat Stilo 1.9 JTD MW Dynamic ('03) with CONNECT Nav+. Now I have a problem with Nav+, when I press the ON button the screen only flashes two-three times and nothing happens. Only the buttons illuminating. Can someone please help me?

Try removing the CN from the car and disconnecting the power supply for an hour before refitting, maybe it just needs a reset.

When you say "screen flashes", does it get past the FIAT logo screen? And do the buttons stay constantly illuminated?

FIAT logo screen appears only once and never again. Buttons stays illuminating until I shut it down.

Yeah sorry, my shorthand, should have put CN+ to make it more obvious

Ok, so once the FIAT logo appears, what happens then? Sounds like it might just need reflashing with 9.8 . . . IF YOU DO, USE A DECENT DISK! (See the CN+ 9.8 Upgrade Sticky Thread).
