Hi All. I'm a newbie, to this forum and to the world of Fiat. I bought my Stilo 1.6 Dynamic about 6 weeks ago and really like the car. However, it is not without it's faults. It has the 'engine fault' light problem and the slight whistle of the drivers door.

This particular prob with the climate control is bugging me though. It seems to take it a good 10-15 miles to blow out any cool air and even then, it's not that cool. I had a mondeo before this and the climate control was very good and I expected this to be the same. Also, why does it go from 16c to LOW, when LOW doesn't seem to do very much?

Is this a fault? Can it be repaired? Or is it just crappers?

Many thanks! Your experience and help would be appreciated.

I've got the 1.6 dynamic too mate but with aircon, not climate control, and it only takesa few seconds before the lovely cool air comes a blowing:cool: . So it sounds suspect to me. Is it the same when you are stationary as it is when you are moving at speed?

Is it a new car, or second-hand? If it's a few years old the aircon might need regassing.

It was a regassing it needed apparently. Cost £80 at the Fiat dealership. Thanks for your help.
