i remember my first drive of the stilo - i went from sei to stilo and felt like i was floating in the stilo - it was a 1.9JTD 5 door with the softer suspension, still i got over it @ 120mph
Yeah i've noticed the 3 door has quite firm suspension. My Escort TDi actually held the road quite well, had very light steering but plenty of feedback. But even after 1 day i'm now slowly getting used to the Stilo.
One good point, i never got moaned at by my dad when i dropped by to show it to him! 29 years old and he can't trust my own judgement! I was expecting "Why replace the old car, you've spent so much on it already!" But what i got was "NICE COLOUR!, right open it up then!" In he hopped and he was well impressed! Right up until i sayed "no Aircon" though! Only downside of the 1.2. [?]

No, I thought it was up in the air when I bought it, it was squishy, wallowy and handled crap, now it's very good? I only dropped it by 30mm, this is how it should come out of the factory!
