hi trying to aline lights i know you adjust them with little white rods sticking out rear of light but are they suppose to be hand ajustable or do you use a tool thanks

use a socket

pass side light which white rod does what i.e up/down , right/left beam alignment

try them and youl find out

i dnt know either but need to adjust mine also

Personally, I'd take it to a main dealer (a good one) and get them to do it in the MOT testing bay.

Be careful if you've just changed bulbs as sometimes the bulb doesn't seat properly which can really through the alignment out.
