Technical Recall in Switzerland

I just got a letter today from FIAT Auto Swiss, where they ask me to go as soon as possible to the dealer for a replacement of the "courroie de services" because there are some faulty fixing screws on it. Unfortunately I don't know what is the "corroie de services" but it must be a belt thing... They say that is urgent due to security reasons.

I asked my dealer here and he said that this recall is to changea part (something called strecher...) of the belt of the AC. That's what they said...
