Hello, I'm looking to change the plugs on my 1.6 Stilo. After removing the ignition coils covering the plugs, I can see them, and with the aid of my long plug wrench I can cover the plugs and lock the tool on to them, but they don't seem to want to budge at all.
If anyone (or if one of the techs can help) has changed their own plugs could you please tell me how much force I should expect to need to unscrew the plugs - I don't want to overdo it and risk snapping something.

Thanks. Merry Christmas to all!

Use as much force as is required to move them(they have to come out after all!),trick is to keep the plug socket straight(angle it & you risk breaking bits of the ceramic) and most of all use a good quality plug socket....snap on/mac etc, cost you £12-15.

Many thanks for the quick reply. So I take it its normal for them to feel like their welded in?! I've gone for the NGK plugs listed in the manual. Wish me luck!

Many thanks again.
