FIAT stilo 1.6 running on 3 cylinders

I have fiat stilo 1.6 2003 and day to day it has mind of its own main issue i have right now is that sometimes its running on 3 cylinders and it feels really sluggish atleast by the sound i can tell its on 3 cylinders since it sounds like a tractor
-not caused by ingition coil pack since i try two new ones both bosch and bremi and that didnt solve it
-this issue comes and goes sometimes its good for few weeks sometimes its changes in one start
I have no idea if its ecu issue or cable problems soo any help apreciated
All faults i am getting on my scanner are multiple missfires detected, cylinder 3 missfire detected and sometimes lambda sensor below threshold

The 1.6 setup is known for having ECU issues due to excessive engine heat soak due to its location in the engine bay from memory.

Re: FIAT stilo 1.6 running on 3 cylinders

Yes i noticed the very odd ecu placement and i think that might be the key to the problem since everytime the ecu cooldown its gone what is the best location for ecu then the wires are somewhat limiting and straping it to intake duct doesnt seem any better
I havent been able to find any good guide where to relocate tge ecu so any ideas are welcome

Is there a relocation option?

And replaced the ECU after the relocation? Once itís been damaged itíll need replacing / repairing. Relocating will only prevent an undamaged one from being damaged.
