Hi owners of fiats?

So my fiat stilo 1.6 has this issue besides the other issues?

Very intermittently,she won't crank when you want to start. So that problem is unpredictable. She will start just fine for days or even weeks if you lucky. And all of sudden you will get into car and it won't crank. Just hear a tick from the starter.

When I turn the key to crank the starter(in the case that it doesn't crank)the dash lights go dim
At times.

I normally just wait it out abit then it cranks.

Yesterday I experienced this and when it cranked and engine started,the CEL was on. So I read codes(always keep scan tool in my car) and U1706 appears along with Evap system code.

My battery is old so is it definately that or is the code telling something else. Theres not much on the net about that code.

I need to buy new clutch(slipping),replace throttle body and replace 2 coil packs(2 new on the car)other 2 still fine but needs to be replaced in near future. and a new battery

Busy saving up for clutch because I can barely even afford fuel to get myself to work. then throttle body then packs.

Please let me know if you know of someone who has a spare throttle body for 2006 1.6 Stilo that willing to give it away for a nice price?
