This is my first post and colud be the last if someone have a magic wand and help me.

I am the first and only owner of 2001 Abarth with 88000 km on and this is the second time that Central slave clutch cylinder broke.:bang:

So I only find that Valeo in UK maybe have part Article №: 810000.

Just for your information FIAT Europe is out of stock and there is no way to find it there!

So, can you help me to save my Scorpion?

AFAIK clutch slave is discontinued that's why you can't order new one from Fiat. There was a post here claiming that you can swap over sensor to fit valeo one which is without sensor, but I haven't tried myself. I'm getting ready to do gearbox swap for my Stilo.

THANK YOU!!!

Soory but I must be loud for this solution!:slayer:

We try and report will be on line(y)

We have same problem. Couple of months ago we buy slave cylinder for manual gearbox. After that we drill 2 holes to screw original sensor to new cylinder. Plastic ring with magnet is also transfered to new cylinder. After that adventure Abarth was live again but after one month new cylinder seal was broken. After that we buy new cylinder again but we use new rubber seal and bearing on old housing and sensor. When you look new and old cylinder they are not same 100% and there is some diferents in hights and construction. We put all back to car but sensor was damaged somehow. After that we search for second hand cylinder to take a sensor from it and find it one. Next week we will put sensor on cylinder back in car and hope that it will work. If it will work for a long term than solution is to buy new cylinder for manual gearbox and transfer all rubber parts and bearing to old cylinder and use old sensor and plastic ring with magnet.

Unfortunately it seems that he never came back to say whether it worked, or not .

.

Did you red the thread ?
As I said in it, I'm waiting as long as possible before I do anything in the gearbox ...

There is a risk.. but if the only other possibility is to swap to manual ..
AbarthBG : if you can cover in the forum your swap, could be very interesting !
