Can anyone help me on a ecu update for 1.6 stilo?

I read here it covers throttle body and MAP sensor.

I have hesitant acceleration which points to o2 sensor however if I am able to update tps I would. It won't hurt me to do it?

What would I need and how do I go about it if someone can give a step by step it would be appreciated.
