You need to squeeze the 2 outer metal parts towards each other to open the retaining bands, then the plastic elbow should pull off of the radiator. It can still be very difficult to remove.

You should be able to see how it works from the picture below.

I try it but stil cant get it off so i got angry and cut off the 2 outer metals and stil dont get it off

If you can get a small screw driver between buckle of the hose clamp and bumpy part of hose clamp you can lever the buckle up. This breaks the hose clamp and it can be replaced with the type you tighten with a screwdriver.

Leave the plastic elbow on just replace the rubber hose

That was a bad move! Now the plastic bit will not be able to be pulled from the radiator. I suggest cutting the round metal hose clip and cutting or pulling the rubber hose from the plastic elbow, Then replace with a new hose and worm drive clip.

I pulled out the hose all that is left is the plastic elbow as i sad i cat the 2 outer metal and try to cut plastic elbow with hacksaw but there is no space :(

Now you are going to have to remove the whole radiator.
You will know for next time just change rubber hose.

Yes new hose comes with plastic elbow that you don't need but makes the job much more difficult if you try to change elbow with the hose, the world is a crazy place!

Do not attempt to remove upper elbow , you will break something.

Just remove the metal band that goes around the rubber hose clamping rubber hose to plastic elbow.

When you replace the metal band clamping rubber hose to plastic elbow, Do NOT tighten the screw on hose clamp too tight as you could crack plastic elbow.

If elbow is too damaged to fit rubber hose to then you have no choice other than get better access to cut elbow without damaging radiator.

I strongly reccomend removing radiator from car .
Handle radiator with care , new radiator can be expensive.

You may need to find a book with instruction how to remove radiator.
Unless there is a guide on this forum already written , look at guides for your model of car.
Or try Google search

Haven't tried to do the job myself, so I don't know, but.....

Sometimes a Dremel type small hand grinding machine with a small cutting disc can get into a tight space and cut things that a Hacksaw cannnot.
