Hi everyone!
I am dealing with some problem with my Stilo 1.6 16V (2002) - intercooler hose.
As you can see in the photo, pipe (hose) from cooler cracked. I spent two months looking for the new one, and it´s immpossible to be honest. I can´t find that specific shape of the hose. I went to four autoservices, but everybody told me, that this shape of hose do not exist and they can´t help me. For real?? I am freaking out.
Can you guys help me? I am looking everywhere now, maybe one of you had the same problem.
Thank you!

Have you tried a Fiat dealer? These hoses last forever (or at least 10 years) so if you can find a Fiat one, you'll never need to change it ever again.

Otherwise look for a second-hand one on eBay etc.

Failing that, you might need to find a silicone hose that's "more or less" the rigth shape and size and fit that instead. If you can't find an exact replacement (or something that fits) then you might have to get two smaller hoses of different shapes and join them together.

I'd try Fiat first though.

Oh, I am so sorry guys. Now, i see. I made a mistake with translating it.

It is a hose from coolant reservoir.

Diagrams below show the Fiat part numbers for the 1.6 cooling system hoses. E025 under the Compat. heading are hoses for cars with air conditioning.
