Hi friends,

here are the photos of my cylinder compression test. It is Fiat Stilo 1.6 16V 2002 (182b6000).

What do you think?

I think the results are good enough.

Best regards, IMG_20190603_191213.jpegIMG_20190603_191444.jpegIMG_20190603_191628.jpegIMG_20190603_193223.jpeg

For a petrol engine 140 - 160 PSi is perfect.. and your readings are right in the upper middle of that range, and all pretty much the same.

A variation of 10% between highest and lowest would be less good.. as would any readings closer to 100PSI.

Good engine. Keep changing the oil and it'll run for another 200,000kms for sure.

The usual fix is to pull the fuel pump fuse/relay.

Not sure if there's a better 'Stilo' option but, isolating the fuel pump usually works :D
