If it goes off at around 20mph, then that is around 32km/h isn't it?

Yeah... 20mpH is around 32Km/H. and mine also deactivates at between 30 and 40 Km/H..
Pretty sure the manual says around 70 km/h, but i could be wrong (will check manual later).
At least it was 70 km/h on my punto.
