Ive done the spark plugs now thank you for the support on that subject.

Now onto the coils would you replace all 5 with bosch or ngk coils? Or even another unknown brand?

I know I dont need to replace them but all are orginal and cars done 100k. So just doing a full major service :)

Cheers, I've done the spark plugs and engine seems alot better, I still have the jerk first thing when engines flat cold, its like its going to stall? So was thinking just replace all the coils and see if that improves things.

If I want to still replace them all any suggestions on brand?

Once cars been running few minutes its faultless, I was having system malfunction. But no seen since replace the spark plugs.

Where about's is this located? Its a strange one as only like this when cars been stood overnight, all day once been run once its spot on.

Cheers mate im not too sure what im looking for on eper, i never seem able to use eper lol, always looking for the wrong thing.

Looks like i might need to get a mobile mechanic in :(

I replaced all five of my coils, when one of them began to fail, with Haas parts. That was a good couple of years ago now and still going strong. A couple of them were different to the rest so some had been replaced previously. I don't like odd things so a new set is nice :)

If you suspect a coil is failing you can also check the ECU for error codes as it'll often be able to detect slight misfires on any given cylinder and report those back. It probably wouldn't given you an engine light either.

Otherwise do as others have said and clean the throttle body. It'll likely be very dirty / oily as the cam cover breather vents directly into the top of the assay.
