Hi folks
Looking at this on the Stilo fb page realised I've got the same problem and i wondered whether anyone has had experience of this and in particular whether the "hunt" i mentioned could be down to the vacuum leak and if it's a difficult job to sort out?
Cheers and thanks again.

I did not see your earlier post, but the RPM "hunting" is a sympton of a vacuum leak so worth checking out.

Hunting can be also due to a dirty throttle body. I had this exact issue in two 1.4 Stilos before. After a thorough clean, the hunting stopped. If you do not detect a vacuum leak, remove the throttle body & try this solution after.

Note: Autoglym Engine Degreaser is a personal preference for cleaning this.
