Have you tried removing the stuck CD from your original CN ? That way, you wouldn't need a code.

Or swapping the CD drive across the two, they lift out easy enough.
I have a similar problem, after fitting a cn+ on my stilo I get a message "master code required" what are my options, can I get the code without a fiat dealership?
