Well I got the new lock mechanism fitted and now after having unplugged everything for a while the whole door now hasn't got anything working. Is there a problem with having it unplugged for so long. Does this un program the door modules? At my wit's end now.......

Still having bother? Not sure the length of time having things unplugged would affect anything, is everything back in the way it should be? I replaced a door mechanism about a year ago because it wouldn't lock, just swapped out the old one for the new one and all was fine. I am waiting for another brand new door lock, from Italy. Hopefully this will be fixed this time by the mechanic. I am currently having to climb over the passenger side to get in the car. It's getting boring now.....
