Ben sinds kort eigenaar van een Fiat Stilo alleen een minpunjte kan mijn telefoon niet aan de radio koppelen nu heb ik een kabel voor bestelt die naar aux overgaat, meerdere opties geprobeert maar helaas niks gevonden. Iemand een idee??

The standard Visteon radio fitted to most Stilos had no provision for connecting a phone.

If you have the Bluetooth Visteon radio (fitted to later Stilos), you can download the Bluetooth supplement to the handbook from the forum downloads section here: https://www.fiatforum.com/downloads.php?do=download&downloadid=5 That gives instructions for connecting a phone, but I think only certain phones are compatible. If you have this radio, you should also have the red and green switches on the front interior light panel.

If you have the Connect Nav, or Connect Nav+ radio, a phone is built into it.

I dont have that piece with the phone butons, I have a stilo from 2003 and bought this cabel

Auxiraly cable fiat stilo

I tried fiting in this cable for aux in my 2003 fiat stilo with its original radio and the cable fiths but I cant get any aux mode or phone mode can someone please help me????

Unfortunately it will not work. There is zero chance to use normally these sort of cables with any of the original/stock headunit. You need to buy an aftermarket autoradio/headunit if you want to use AUX to get some noise out of the Stilos's speakers... :/
