Evening, I can't get my copy of elearn working. What i'm after is the Petrol engine electronic management wiring diagram for the stilo 1.8 or more specifically the diagram for the accelerator pedal to the ecu via the d4 plug.
If any one can help. thanks

This is the engine management wiring diagram for the 1.8 engine.

K55 = Throttle Pedal.
M10 = Engine Management ECU

Can i trouble you for the same diagram but for the 1.4.
The 1.4 k55 doesn't have I J E connections but b2 b3 b4 on the d4 plug are in place, i just need to see if they do anything.

Thanks.

i forgot to mention that the car is a 1.4 with the 1.8 engine.

Most engines only have 2 potentiometers in the throttle pedal, the 1.8 engine has 3.

This is the engine management wiring diagram for the 1.4 engine.

I've had a p0220 error code since i did this. i've sent hours checking everything and i thought that because i moved the engine to the back and the ecu harness had been extended, that was the reason for the code (higher resistance) until i saw the 3 potentiometers in autodata.
Fingers crossed this will fix it.

Thanks

Looking again at the 1.8 d4 diagram, it appears to have a second plug because it repeats some B numbers. would it be that brown plug near the black d4 plug that on a 1.4 doesn't do anything?

The D4 connector has 24 pins arranged as 3 rows of 8. I'd always assumed that for purposes of the wiring diagrams, it was considered as 3 connectors, i.e D4A, D4B and D4C, and that row A had pins A1, A2, A3 etc. Row B had pins B1, B2, B3 etc. However that doesn't explain why the 1.8 wiring diagram shows pins B2, B3 and B4 in both D4A and D4B.

Other than the connections lists below, I can't find any further information in eLEARN. I think you'll need to look at the 1.8 donor car's wiring to confirm how it's wired.

The brown plug does indeed appear to be the correct one, multiscan confirms with it connected that there is voltage for track 3 now.
the problem is i'm not getting anything for track one with or with out it connected, i'll have to check my wiring later.

the photo is on tick over and the first line is track one.
