I have fiat stilo 1.4 2006, is it possible to drive without second lambda sensor for few days ? or will something serious will happen to the cat/engine ?

You will probably kill the cat, think mine has died already and its done less than 15k - sooty exhaust tip and occasional fault relating to lambda before the cat... glad im not keeping this car - the more i spend on it, the more wants to go wrong...
Replace it with a OE one, not a cheap one or your wasting your money, hence why im not spending anymore on this stilo...
I presume you will leave the old lambda (or a bolt) in the hole, not remove it and leave the hole open?
With something screwed into the hole, driving for a short while (a few miles to get a new lambda fitted..?) without a lambda shouldn't do any harm. It'll be running a bit rich and the idle might not be stable.. but just running a bit rich shouldn't hurt the cat'.
But if you mean "can I drive it to Inverness and back?" then the answer is no. You will probably damage the cat'. Too much soot/petrol in there can reduce its efficiency permanently.
I have installed new exhoust system to the car and the old lambda is stuck in the old cat so the new one has an open hole. I was looking to screw something inplace of that but I dont have that wide screws
