Hi

I've checked my door lights, (puddle lights) and they are light units and have wires connected to them but no bulbs in them.

Now, if I put bulbs in them, will they work? Or are they not connected? Strange.

If you guys know the answer please enlighten me!

Cheers.

Simple answer is try the bulbs.

Iff you have purchased the bulbs that is.
Otherwise test them with a mulitmeter.:)

You know when you bought the car, was it on the forecourt with the doors and boot open? A common trick by dealers is to take the bulbs out so they dont flatten the battery! (Nobody tell em the door light go out after a certain amount of time, its too funny watching squerm around taking the bulbs out :D) My old bravo didnt have a bulb in the boot for that very reason, soon as I put on in it worked perfect.

You might as well try, its not gonna do any harm, the worst that could happen is it wont work.

I read somewhere else on this forum that the wiring to the lights existed but the terminals don't. I take it they mean something that connects the wiring to the bulbs.
