Hey guys

Have something odd going on with my steering, its hard to explain but it feels wobbly especially on a bumpy road, almost like the steering goes into city mode for a few seconds by itself..

Its like tge power steering has to much power and oversteers itself sometimes

Ive checked tyre pressures abd tracking all that is fine although there is a slight pull but i think thats more torque

Any ideas what it could be?

Mine does the same sometimes. Just uneven tyres that have not been properly rotated. Only with my summer tyres, my winters ones are good and I dont get that problem. Worth checking.

if due for tyres get tracking checked with new tyres also maybe, and is it certain sections of road?
I remember mine would feel like it was pulling here and there but only on roads with more camber in them.
I set tracked to 0deg toe in and don't notice it but don't do many miles on roads like that any more so no idea if made issue better or not.

Check the rear bushes on the wishbones. When soft these will allow bump steer.

Particularly noticeable when on a rough surface using cruise control.

Thats interesting Peat because my mot failed in march on one of them bushes so i had a new wishbone on one side wonder if the other side is failing
