You can download the Stilo eLEARN workshop manual from the forum downloads section here: https://www.fiatforum.com/downloads.php?categoryid=3

It's a bit tricky to find your way around it, but it's the only way to get the wiring diagrams.

The previous DTE format between paper manuals and eLEARN was even worse.

None of the Fiat workshop manuals were designed for DIY use, they're really for Fiat mechanics that have already been on training courses. I would imagine much of the course time is spent learning to navigate the manual.
