Are the front wipers easy to change and what size etc do I need? Can't find my handbook?

Any type I should get. Mine have a slit in the drivers side one, most annoying getting a line everytime.

Thanks

Buy them at Fiat dealer & look confused & ask nicely if one of the techs could fit them for you as you know nothing about cars... ;) Remember to wear tattered clothes, unbrushed hair so you look poor (y)

they are easy 2 fit chick i did mine the other week they are a odd shape is they are curved i got mine from halfords

Personally I would only fit original wiper blades, aftermarket ones often have a mark up value of 400%....basically meaning they are cheap & of lower quality
Not sure if you get them in the UK, but I fit something called DuraBlades. It's a generic wiper blade made from silicone that fits any car. It comes with a lifetime gaurantee to never tear or perish. (Yeah, I know, I sound like a commercial.) :p
I found these blades work 10 times better than the factory fitted ones... and they're cheap (about 6 pounds a pair).
My point is that original wiper blades aren't always better (y)

EDIT: Link to Durablades

Whatever you do, be very careful and don't let the wiper arm spring back against the windscreen. Trust me, it will crack the glass

Cheers SLOVAC!

I had erm, an "accident" at the weekend where the arm sprung back on the windscreen. Luckily, we have free windscreen cover.

So be careful when changing wipers :D

Note from a halfrauds employee & Stilo owner: the Stilo blades from FIAT have a curve to them (passenger side I think) whereas the halfrauds ones and the Bosch one's don't; it's best to get the original ones.

And as for the markup on our stuff? (Trade secret i suppose, oops! :D) Our 18" blade is £8.99, my best mate left us and works for the UK Parts Alliance now; he can get them (at trade) for 99p+VAT!!!!

Hence the name halFRAUDS i suppose, but the markup on some of our stuff drops right down. TomTom's and roofboxes have about a 20% margin, tools is low too, so I suppose you win some and you lose some. Plus theft is a major problem in our company so I suppose HO rise the prices to pay for that . . . (not that I'm making excuses, I think our prices are too high).
