Does anyone know if the three door front bumper (the abarth one with gaping big holes just crying out for mesh) can be fitted onto the five door version.

Just been comparing, both cars look quite similar at the front end.

Any help appreciated

I don't know but if car manufacturers are true to form and there will be a tiny but massively significant difference!!

I've read that the only body panels the 3 and 5 door models have in common is the bonnet.

Sounds about right! Probably similar after market bumpers available though...

In width 5D and 3D has about 2,8 cm difference but i dont know if its only the plastics.Even if its not only the plastic you can extend the bases of the bumper with hot air so it wont crack.

athanasie i hope you dont mean to heat up the plastic enough to soften up and move it cause i dunno if that sounds very secure if the mounts had to be melted back into another place.

1.6 silver dynamic 3d with skywindow and silver rims.

You only heat up the angle of the plastic its a soft plastic its not so hard as you think and its the only secure way unless you cut the bases and you put new

I've managed to get a hold of the name and email address of the owner of this car. Have just emailed him.

His mate said its definately off a 3 door. I'll let you know if and when I get a reply

it´s no problem to get the 3d bumper on a 5d Stilo. You need only a small knife, to resize some (inner) parts on the bumper. Only under the light is a small edge, which does not fit exactly.
