I've got no display [Dynamic (with the dials) version not Arbarth (centre console) version]. No evidence of pre-launch/oil level checks; no date, temperature, time or mileage.

Pressing the menu keys acheives nothing and the manual offers no help!

Am loathed to take to a dealer if there's an obvious fix as its such an ordeal getting to one - I'm in something of a dealer blackspot and I was building a list of things for my 24 k service .

I know its soon but now I've got no way of knowing when that is!!!

Is it a fuse? (not noticed anything else not working)

Maybe someone with a Stilo workshop CD can shed some light about the fuses? Also, have you tried the trusted technique of thumping the top of your dash? (you can tell I'm a computer engineer!).

Otherwise, how long until your 24k service? Or even just book it in and get it done. I book my car in everytime there is anything wrong and the dealer is beginning to get the message.....

As match i can understand your display just lights up and shows nothing. This might be a result of two problem. Either there is a fuse problem (and you will be lucky) and the dealer will take care of it, or either there is a computer problem and the dealer will have to change the whole thing (don't wish for that). My sugestion is to pay a visit to your dealer and have them connect it with their computer and run some shecks. They can say if if it's a fuse or a bigger problem.

Andreas makes a good point!! Maybe the dealer's computer will be a better bet than punching it. Won't be as satisfying though....

I have a similar problem. The only menu option I get is Speed Limiter On/OFF. Im sure there were more wen I bought it. Its weird...

If your driving you get limited options but if stationary you get more,have you tried this?

I usually press it to get rid of the "STOP ENGINE" sign when dodgy airbag sensor is playing up.
