my ECU to Fiat Stilo 1.9 JTD has problem - not working because it was damaged the water...

I'm bought new ECU (same serial number) and now a I would like soldering immo chip, is it possible? (now - I don't want virgin - I can't do it..)
Can you tell me please which immo chip I have to remove (unsolder old ECU) and insert (solder) the new ECU?

this small chip, or picture down -big chip? can you remove it and solder on new ECU? it will work?

just virginize it it will make your life easier. i think yellow stilo can do it for you.
