I want to get a new sports back box for my 1.2 16v stilo but i want to weld it on i know i will need to get a extra lenth of pipe i was just wondering what size the exhaust pipe is on my car?

Thanks for reply but cant see no sizes

I was going to take my back box off at the joint when it is joined at to centre pipe just wondering would it be alright to have flexi pipe from that to the new back box

Sorry , cant answer that question because I have only ever used the standard midpipe

You can also cut the pipe that goes from original muffler to middle pipe. And then you would only need a short pipe to connect to the new back box, but dont forget to mark your mounting points and hight. DIY style it would cost you about 20 as you would need to get that extra bit of pipe and brackets. To do it in the garage I was quoted 70.
