if you have lowering springs, but standard shocks, the shocks may be at fault. Shocks are designed to compress/decompress, and on your car, they are constantly compressed so may have leaked or become loose. That said, it could be your drop links-very common, wishbones, track rod ends etc etc

jack the car up and take a good look...

as for painting the wheels it really depends on your cars colour but I would probably pick a decent black colour scheme, perhaps a very dark gun metal grey.

It must be the shocks as i have jacked it up and when i bought it the person i bought it off of put new wishbones on it and replaced the bushes pretty much everywhere and hmm i will have to have a think about the colour cheers

Ive concluded that the only think it can be is the shocks and ive ordered new ones off of fk automotive from germany

Depending on the year of yours, there was a recall to do with springs at one point. Did you check that out??

The springs on mine are aftermarket and lowered but stock shocks so im gunnah change them and see how it goes

Springs are fitted and its so much better clunking gone very happy took me a while to do it as a couple of rusty bolts on the drivers side played up but all is good now

Did you replace the top mounts as well or just the shocks? Mine has been doing the same but hasn't really got any worse so in two minds whether to try and fix it.
