That's definitely the Stilo CDC - it fits all standard Stilo head units and is a doddle to fit.
Basically you have two Torx screws in the roof of the upper glovebox (T25 iirc) which you need to remove - once removed you then need to give the liner a firm tug as it has a couple of clips holding it in.
Then remove the head unit - not sure what the Connect Nav+ is like but the tape/cd ones have four release holes to insert a suitable tool into. These holes are non standard in so much as you cannot use the two prong keys from Halfords as they are too small so the keys don't fit - you will need to make a set from some thin wire. I have found that some copper wire from a length of 2.5mm twin and earth cable works fine (strip the insulation from the live and neutral cores as the earth core is slightly thinner)
Once the head unit is removed, feed the supplied cable though from the glovebox and connect to the appropriate socket on the back of the head unit (Stilo Audio Manual has a diagram) and replace the head unit.
Fit mounting cage to glovebox liner and install in upper glovebox ensuring that you feed the cable through to connect the CDC. Replace screws, connect CDC and insert it into the mounting cage.
You should now be able to switch to the CDC from the head unit and you will be asked for a four digit code which should have been supplied with the CDC (the picture on the auction shows the code card tucked under the top of the mounting cage) and this should be entered in accordance with the instructions in the Stilo Audio Manual.
Once that's done you're in business - only gotcha with the CDC is they are prone to occasionally lock up (signified by all the lights on the front of it flashing and head unit saying check disc). If this happens it is normally reset once the ingnition has been switched off for a while - it's a pain in the arse when it happens but it's not something that happens that often.
Cheers
