You will need to instal firmware version 9.8.

I posted links to download version 9.8 and the Setup disc in post #2 of this thread:

After you have installed version 9.8, the spoken language will be Italian. You need the Setup CD to change it back to German, or other language.

Hi there, you will need to add a +12V ignition feed to pin 4 on the white connector. I will make a guide this weekend I hope that shows exactly where to take it from, hopefully I will have time.

A bit into the technical side of it: The CN+ talks to the ECU through a CAN bus. The wiring loom already has the can bus wires on it, but if you've retrofitted the CN+, you will need an extra wire from the ignition feed in order to activate the CAN network on the CN+. After this is done you will also need to do a proxy alignment to get rid of the flashing mileage problem.
