In winter I had two days non starter it's ok now but in -4 degree the battery was nearly dead thinking of upgrading battery to 096 heavy duty and the earth leads can you upgrade the leads and if so how ? It's a jtd 1.9

Thanks for the info will try hopefully it will solve the winter blues

+1

The combination of a heavy-duty battery and the 'Greek' extra earth leads is a winner! Thoroughly recommend this for keeping the electrical gremlins at bay...

Can you put one on the gear box and one on the chassis ? As its a diesel the ecu is a bit out of the way ?

AFAIR I attached mine to cylinder head, gearbox, ECU and body. And by the way, you don't need to make the leads up like the Greeks do. Most good motor spares factors sell earth leads already made up with the ends in place in set lengths. Just measure up what you need and buy them.

Thanks ill see if I can get them at different lengths what size eyelets do you use ?

Hi also was thinking of replacing the starter and Alternator cable do you know the best amp and mm size and does it matter ??
