I've got a 53 plate stilo she's now got 64500 on the clock. The cambelt was changed at 26000 approx 6 years ago. I'm now going to replace it. My question is should I just replace the belt or do the pulleys and water pump at the same time.

For all Stilo engines except the 1.6, the water pump is driven by the timing belt. Best practice is to change it at the same time as the timing belt. If you don't replace the pump and it later starts leaking, you'd need to do the whole timig belt job all over again. Replacing the water pump is also a good opportunity to change the antifreeze.

Good thinking mate. I'll change the lot. It gives peace of mind at the end of the day.
