I have a broken pipe near the termostat sensor. It's the one that comes from the coolant vase (the thin one) and I don't know what the original hose looks like.
Does it screw in the engine or must I buy a complete new piece where the sensor is screwed?
Please look at the picture and give me some help.
Thx.

The pipe is only supplied as part of the thermostat.

Thx for the exploded drawing but it doesn't look like mine.
Besides, in what's left from the broken pipe there is a 12mm (look at the picture)

Hi Ovarb,

there are some options, all depending on your budget and willingness to experiment:
new thermostat will be about 100 euro
second hand thermostat via eBay around 45 euro
or you check out what thread size the old connector has and you start googling for something lik "hose connector 9mm" and pick something that looks similar, like https://www.landefeld.de/gruppe/en/...drical-thread-internal-cone-pn-101640/GT53MSV. I found almost only thread in inches. In this case you might be able to spend only a few euro's (but beware that with the wrong thread you might permanently damage your thermostat or with the wrong material you might get galvanic corrosion). Maybe your local garag might help you out with this.

Re: Heater radiator

Thx you all.
I solved the problem by buying a second hand.
I refited it all but I noticed that the heater matrix is clogged.
Is there a guide about removing the heater matrix in order to clean it or replace it by a new one because the interior doesn't heat enough and Portuguese weather is cold?

PS: It isn't a problem of faulty termostat or circuit bleeding.
