Mu '04 Stilo has recently suffered from the linkage failure to the N/S wiper arm. I've made a temporary repair to the link and ordered uprated connector arms. The is no 'auto' wipe, just manual stalk control.

When the N/S arm failed my daughter reported the O/S arm 'froze' in a near vertical position and refused to operate. After reassembly of the arms assembly & motor, I now have: No operation of slow or fast speed, no intermittent operation. i.e no response from the motor. I DO HAVE 'flick wipe' function, (which proves the motor is working) however after a sweep of the screen which is the normal arc, the wiper blades do not rest in the normal home position but a stopped at about 45' across the screen.

Any ideas??
