I've just had a call from the Fiat dealership I purchased the car from, and they have given me a sort of pin number to activate my connect subscription for the year. The problem is, I cant find anywhere to enter it and the manual and the connect guide do not say anything either! When I press the connect button it just says "services subscription not available".

Anyone know how to do this?

If it is like the Ulysse, you have to phone up the Connect centre to activate it, with the PIN number.

I recall having to sit in the car on top of a multi-storey, so they got a good satellite connection with Milan.

You wouldnt have the number would you?

Number was on the form, that had to be faxed to the team before activation.
