Hi,
So after hours of painstaking work trying to figure out why my brand new stereo wont work I decided to put everything back and send the stereo back.

The problem is now the original stereo wont work! All the cables are in correctly I haven't altered these, the only thing I changed was the harness that came with the aftermaket stereo. Have I blown a fuse somewhere? If so, where is the fuse that needs replacing and which fuse do I need to get.

I travel far and often so I really P*ssed of this has happened! :bang:

if you have your manual handy you will be able to locate the stereo fuse, i never used aftermarket harness i just joined my switch live to my live and its perfect

Its fuse f39 in the fuse box which is located behind a cubby hole to the right of the steering wheel. There should be a spare if you're lucky.

Its defiantly a fuse because the interior lights dont work either now.

Is it the same fuse? I will replace the fuse tomorrow and check back with you how it is.
