Well chaps my alarm has never worked, i bought the car like and the seller had already told me about it, he said it did work till last year and maybe the sounder, so i thought i would buy a new sounder, and then i thought sod it i will just leave it, but yesterday went to my car and the alarm worked properly, made a sound and everything, so when i went back in doors, my wife said she needed to get in my car and had loads of trouble ( i put the dead locks on lol) so she just pressed the buttons in the end she got the windows down and from the key and reached in and opened the doors lol, so now my alarm works dunno what she did but she fixed it, could it have the sounder turned on/off from pressing the certain buttons either way i am well chuffed.

I know the sounder for alarm has a Battery Back Up in it so that it sounds even if the power to it is cut, maybe the battery in it has got some charge into it,or just one of those fiat things..if it works leave well alone, apart from oil and stuff obviously..beep beep
