P0530 A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
This could be as simple as a loose connector and could have been set and stored when work was carried out previously. if your AC works and the fault code doesnt re-appear dont worry about it. i think i have this fault too because my aircon has a leak and because the pressure in the system is so low it reports it as a sensor fault. if this fault is active it shuts down the AC controls so that you dont do damage to the compressor, if your aircon doesnt work try getting it gassed. ask them to put tracer dye in it so if you do have a leak you can easily trace it. the re-gas equipment vacuum tests the system for leaks before it re-gases, if you have a leak the equipment wont even attempt to re-gas. a common problem is a hairline crack in a solid pipe to the heat exchanger behind the drivers side of the bumper.
sometimes the equipment cant detect a leak and will re-gas the system even if there is a small leak somewhere (this is why i suggest asking them to put the tracer dye in). when i had mine gassed i had small puddles of a fluorescent green oil for a couple of days after under my car each day the aircon was less and less efective. im suspecting a blown o-ring or cracked pipe
P0136 O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
in particular relating to the post-cat lambda sensor heater circuit. how many miles has your car done? lambdas in general only last for about 100,000 Mi (160,000 Km) but can fail as early as 50,000 or 60,000 Mi. it could be time for a new sensor or at least a check of the circuits. the plug for these are around where the gearbox bell housing and engine block meet
P0443 Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit Malfunction
pretty sure this is a 'ghost' fault. i seem to remember something about it a while ago but cant remember if there was a fix for it or if the 1.6's even have an EVAP system fitted lol (sory not much help)
P0638 Throttle Actuator Control Range/Performance
Description Here
P1684 Motorised Throttle Signal Plausibility
this is a conflict between what the ECU is being told by the throttle actuator in relation to what the pedal is asking for (for example the pedal is requesting 20% throttle opening and the throttle actuator is reporting a 23% opening) see P1121 & P1122
P1121 Throttle Potentiometer Sensor Circuit Intermittent High Voltage
i cant find this listed specifically for Fiats BUT from other manufacturers it seems that while the signal from the throttle pedal isnt nessarcerily out of range it is higher than the ecu expects. (for example the signal may jump from a 30% to 60% the ecu gets confused because the most logical signal after 30% should be 35-40%) if you pump the throttle repeatedly in a short timeframe the ecu doesnt see it as normal throttle behaviour and throws a fault. i got this fault on a works transit cos i was tapping my foot to the beat of my Happy Hardcore on the motorway... it went into limp home mode
P1122 Throttle Potentiometer Sensor Circuit Intermittent Low Voltage
the same as P1121 but low voltage rather than high
P1687 Motorised throttle(stop learn)
P1687 Throttle driven [signal implausible]
seems to be as a result of a prematurely terminated throttle learn procedure.
i think we can safely say you have some sort of throttle issue... as previously mentioned clear all the codes. carry out a throttle relearn (follow the link in my sig) and see if any faults return. if they do it would be worth testing the signal levels at your throttle actuator and possibly be prepared to get a replacement. start with the simple/cheapest things first and work your way up.
is the driveability of the car effected ie. do you notice any surges/drops in power at any given throttle position?
do you have an irratic/unsteady idle particularly when warm?
