Hey guys, got the car back on the ground, bled brakes up but for some reason the master cylinder/fluid reservoir is leaking, also I've lost all vacuum assistance within braking, the pedal goes near enough to the floor before I get some brakes, any help here would be greatly accepted!!!!

Did you disconnect the vaccum hose for the brake servo at all?

With what little braking you have, pump it a few times and have a look over all the brake lines/fixings.

vacuum pipe was not removed, if i pump the pedal a few times the pedal hardens up as it should, then drops again, brand new discs and pads all around and all freshly bled,

should also say, the master cylinder was changed due to the original leaking

****UPDATE****

Brake master cylinder seal was dry when installed (could be the reason for the leak as leak was not there before the change)

brake fluid leak is traced to the piping from reservoir to the clutch slave cylinder

Question is! what is the best way to seal the master cylinder? smear of oil to lubricate the rubber ring OR try and get a new ring?
