Hi! Here is my drawing of polybushes for Stilo`s rear beam. Now I`m waiting for couple free minutes to install it. I will do pictures and share with you. It is made the same and MKIV Jetta - so I exepect it for working ok - in Jetta car is much more stable.

I`m not afraid of snapping the bolt - that`s why I use little lighter material than using it in wishbones. Noises aren`t problem for me. Rear beam is a rear beam - using poly will reduce axle balancing and this is exactly what I want. Please consider this thread as something funny, I don`t want to convince You Guys that this is better solution for normal daily use - I just like car drive like I want and I have big experience with improving it :)

The Stilo's rear axle it a "torsion axle" design.

The design of the bushes and the axle allows the axle to flex slightly causing a "toe in" effect when cornering hard. This helps keep the rear end of the car stable and tight in corners.

Poly bushes will put the whole rear end under strain and prevent the axle doing its job.

I'm not saying don't do it(I'm sure you do know what your doing), but a lighter material will bend and eventually snap, I'm just saying be carefull, you may not mind a bolt snapping and the rear axle falling off but the occupants of the car you crash into probabely will.

Edit.
There's a little more info in this thread.
