Question Parking sensors

Hi, have just bought some genuine fiat parking sensors from ebay, can anybody tell me if they can be sprayed?
the car is going into the garage tomorrow for a rear end respray and garage said they can put them in for me, and while the bumper gets its respray i wondered if they could be painted also while in situ so they are blended in and doesn't look like 4 black dots on the bumper.

many thanks
Jon

Re: Parking sensors

A mate of mine sprayed over his parking sensors and it reduced their ability to detect things properly.

Things had to be much closer before it was detected.

My advice, don't spray them.
