12 volt should be present between the two white wires with ignition on (for the heater element), the other two (black and gray) are for the sensor signal (signal and ground).

Ok, checked for 12v across the 2 white wire's, and the multimeter returns with 11.4v, so good enough for me.

On the other hand, I checked the signal voltage again today, as the car was already running (cold), I hooked the multimeter up and got .463v +/-.005v in variation, so I left the car to warm up and on occasions, revved her up to around 3500-4000rpm. but as she warmed up, the signal voltage just kept dropping (even when revving) and eventually reached .169v (would that be lean or rich?)

Anyway, even after a drive, the voltage still didn't go above .169v, so I think the sensor is on the way out, but very slowly.

Hi.

I'm having exact same issues as you. Same with hesitation on acceleration etc. I have a rough idle too though. And seldom a misfire now during lockdown only because the car standing for weeks.
My code read P0141 O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 2.

I have no CAT converter on. Previous owner removed it and put a O2 sensor spacer on to remove check engine. (No CAT causes a check engine light)

Did you replace your sensor and did the hesitation go away?
